Within the first six months of all new tenancies we provide additional support. This means we will allocate additional time to help tenants settle in their new properties. This is at no additional cost to landlords and is built into our packages. Why do we do this you may ask? By providing intensive support to tenants within the first 6 months of their tenancy, we can help the tenant settle in their property, which means tenants are twice as likely to look after the property and this minimises voids. This means we are investing in the property for the long term.
We have no upfront costs and all payments will be taken from your rent. For all new customers we are offering the first month at 50% discount. For only £32.50 get complete peace of mind and have a try at our service with no ties. (This is for full property management for the month)
For existing customers we have an ongoing promotion to reward your loyalty. Our promotion can save you thousands. For example if you have a property which we manage which is rented for £500 per month and we manage it for 3 years. In the first year we will charge £65 per month, in the second year this will reduce to £60 and in the third year we will reduce this to £55 per month (this the maximum it will be reduced by). Imagine if you have a few properties the savings will be in the thousands. This will not be per tenant but length of time you have had you property with us. We want to reward your trust.

We are a small organisation and are not here to chase more. We focus more on quality then quantity unlike most other letting agents. We want to provide the best of service and run a tight ship. You just have to do a Google search and you will find out how competitive our prices are for our customers. We can do this by not subscribing to expensive online property portals like Rightmove. and we pass this saving to you. We have contacts with the Local authority and local communities to find the right tenant for you. This may mean we may take a bit longer to find you the right tenant but be rest assured we will communicate with you throughout the whole process.
We also are online based which means we don't have to rent expensive office space this saving will be passed on to you.

We will liaise with the tenants on a 24 hour line. We will have an individual agreement with all landlords as to how this will work, so if you choose to do the work yourself you will be free to do this. We have contacts with local builder's, plumbers, electricians etc. We can recommend the scheme of work and it is up to you whether you choose to use these local businesses. In this way we support local tradesmen and keep money locally within community. We will have an agreement with each landlord for a small reserve for emergency works.

We are members of BLA (British Landlord Association), Property Redress Scheme and Tenants Deposit Scheme. We also offer our tenants the option of being part of the low deposit Reposit scheme. We have all the regulations in place to run our organisation effectively and you will be protected at all times.
This is a service we can provide, we have worked with local councils, charities, social housing providers to negotiate this. With some DSS claimants we will work the Local authority to get their rent payments paid directly and this will offer a form of guaranteed rent. We will undertake necessary background checks to make sure the rent is affordable. With our unique personalised service we will be in a better position to understand if tenants are likely to default and will work landlords to agree a plan.
