Neelam was desperate for a place she could call home
Neelam is a student from India who had come to Sheffield to begin her studies. She thought she could sort out housing when she arrived in the UK, she had banked on staying at a hotel initially and then sorting out a house. Needless to say she was unaware of the massive housing crisis.
She began her studies but could not find a place to stay, so her temporary hotel became more longer term and was costing her a fortune!
She struggled to view properties they were being snapped up at record pace. So she asked local buisness owners if they knew anyone that could help. She was referred to us and seeing her plight, we were able to undertake tenancy checks until a suitable accommodation was available.
