We are sure everyone has heard that the eviction ban has been extended till 23rd August. This definitely will bring relief to many. For many landlords, this is a nightmare due to the minority of tenants whom they have tried to make amends with but continue to abuse the property. This minority makes life hell for landlords; they are uncooperative and leave them with no option but to evict.
