What really started us on this journey at My Landlord Cares was people in the public domain who don’t understand how hard it is for landlords to survive in these current climates and were talking well before Covid-19. The labelling of landlords and letting agents as ‘greedy’ and ‘selfish’ is only compounded by articles like this.
The abolishment of Section 21 will hit landlords hard who may have problematic tenants, but no one is talking about this side in the public domain.
