We take over once you have completed your deal. This means you don't have to panic about what to do next. We pick up your keys and undertake refurbs if required. And then once this is done we will market your property and get you your perfect tenants. So you can enjoy your income hands free.

Badrul focuses on operational management ensuring properties coordination and support. He takes pride in delivering practical solutions and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. He works closely with major utility suppliers, using his technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

Lettings Officer
