Changing ways of working

We have struggled like all other Lettings agents' services in these difficult times. We have had to ramp up our social media and online presence. Trust us, this is no easy feat! Being a traditional service, we relied on our networks to receive referrals and tenants, and this is a way of working we always promote. But this new online world has completely blown our minds with SEO, SERP, and Keywords!! At this rate, we will become a marketing agency!

How can we help through Covid-19

We can support you further by working out plans which are bespoke to you. This may mean helping you to understand what government legislation means and how this will affect you. Does your tenant need a repayment plan we can support in these situations. Are their necessary work that needs to take place we can arrange for necessary contractors to undertake this and still maintain physical distancing rules.

Commitment to support

We are figuring out the effect of the pandemic as much as yourselves especially in relation to your property. But we promise to support you to return back to normal contact us

Covid-19 update

Like all other lettings agents we are unable to undertake house viewing now but we are open for calls and messages. So if your just snooping around feel free to drop us a message or call us. Now is a good time to re-evaluate current service providers and look for best value.

Emergency planning for Covid-19 and renters

The government has put in emergency powers to protect renters from Section 21 eviction. What does this mean for landlords who are dependent on rental income as a source of income?

The 3-month mortgage relief is great, but when a landlord's monthly mortgage increases post-crisis, can this be cascaded to the tenant? As of yet not much clarity around the details of the proposals.

Also, what about if people have served notices pre-COVID-19 crisis, do they fall under the same ruling?
